NZ Adventure

10 days Christchurch to Queenstown Nov-Apr $4,695

This incredible tour includes many great adventure activities whilst also allowing the freedom to tailor-make your perfect New Zealand adventure.

This 10 day guided New Zealand adventure tour follows the same route as our NZ Adrenalin trip, but has been designed to allow more freedom for the traveller.

We therefore start in Christchurch and finish in Queenstown, taking in Methven, Peel Forest, Lake Tekapo, Lake Wanaka, Mt Aspiring National Park, and Milford Sound in Fiordland along the way.

This trip allows for several free days in the itinerary where you can take it easy (something there isn't much of in the NZ Adrenalin trip!), or you can choose additional adventure and adrenalin activities as you go.

Our NZ Adventure and NZ Adrenalin tours run together in tandem for the full 10 days. This means that couples, friends and groups who have different appetites of adventure and adrenalin can tour together and each have the perfect customised adventure tour experience.

Rangitata White Water Rafting (Peel Forest)

Experience 2.5 hours of incredible rafting amongst spectacular scenery.  We think this is the best and most extreme white-water rafting available in New Zealand where you can experience grade 5 rapids (the most exciting commercially rafted) at all water levels.

Fed by the enormous catchment of the Upper Rangitata Basin, this massive volume of water winds its way down the valley and where the river is wide and calm in the initial stages, you receive a full safety brief and on water training from your professional New Zealand guide.

By the time you reach the rip-roaring grade 5 section where the gorge narrows to a pinch and the action escalates, you're fully prepared and ready for what lies ahead!
The rafts do stop before these grade 5 rapid sections and you can walk around them if you prefer.

Rafting the Rangitata is an unbeatable NZ adventure!
